The HELP program is a grant designed to help with first-time homebuyers that can afford their mortgage every month but need help with the down payment and closing costs for their new home. Home Improvement Assistance Programs

Continuing our partnership with community banks, we’re also able to provide a Special Needs Assistance Program — a grant to help special needs, low-income homeowners with major repairs to their homes. Need your roof replaced? Maybe your house is missing a few windows, needs some new siding or needs the plumbing. That’s where we come in.
